November’s breathwork class felt like stepping into a sacred space, wrapped in warmth, trust, and pure presence. Together we moved through layers of emotion, released what no longer served us, and opened ourselves to something deeper, a gentle remembering of who we are beneath the noise. Our October breathwork class embodied that truth, slowing down, breathing deeply, and finding calm in the space between inhale and exhale. This was such a special group, and it was a blessing to hold space for everyone that came. Together we honoured the beauty of rest and the power of breath. 🍁

Mental health isn’t only about addressing our thoughts or emotions, it’s also about finding balance, grounding, and reconnecting with ourselves. The relationship between therapist and client is actually the most integral part to foster healing! When you feel seen, safe, and accepted, your brain and body begin to relax. From that place, change becomes possible. It may be the only relationship in which you've experienced true safety, free of guilt, shame, and judgement. Where you can be challenged safely. And allow the parts of you that you kept hidden to be seen and accepted.
